• All Azure benefits must be activated and utilized by December 31, 2025.
• Nexalaris Tech may substitute equivalent services if specific Azure services become unavailable.
• All free Azure services automatically convert to paid services at standard rates after the promotional period.
• Valid credit card information required for Azure account setup prior to service activation.
• Individual promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or special pricing except for the explicitly defined combination packages.
• Nexalaris reserves the right to terminate promotional Azure services due to misuse or violation of acceptable use policies.
• The total number of free Azure service months is subject to availability.
• Usage caps and fair use policies apply to all Azure services provided under these promotions.
• Maximum of three promotional offers can be redeemed by a single client entity within a 12-month period, or one combination package.
• Azure benefits valid only for approved project-related usage and may not be applied to existing workloads.
• Nexalaris Tech reserves the right to modify or withdraw these offers at its discretion.
• By accepting these offers, clients acknowledge they have read and agreed to all terms and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexalaris Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Website or Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Website
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Website

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nexalaris Tech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Website and Services, or your violation of these Terms.
